At Quack Web, uptime is a
primary focus. There's little point in having an online
presence if your server's down. To ensure that we achieve

separate monitoring systems to alert us within 120 seconds
of any issue. We use an inhouse monitoring system (exclusive
to Quack Web) a server based monitoring
system located on every server and a 3rd party system from
alertra.com (the hosting industries most trusted
monitoring provider).
Our servers are also keep up to date with the latest
security patches and system upgrades which helps to prevent
possible problems. We also monitoring each servers "health"
24x7x365 which enables us to spot and fix possible issues
before they affect your website(s).
We also have advanced security systems and firewalls on
every server to hit back against hackers and to protect our
valued customers and their important data.
