Q:
If I purchase just 1 unit and then require additional units, how do
I order these and how soon will my account be upgraded?
A: To order additional units you purchase these the same way as you
purchased your reseller account. You can also choose how many additional
units to purchase. Once you've purchased an additional unit we guarantee
that your account will be upgraded within 24 hours, however the usual
time is between 3 to 8 hours.

Q: I'm already a reseller with another company
but your prices are much lower. How easy is it to move my customers
over to your systems?
A: It is very easy to move your customer over to us. After you have
purchased your reseller account, you can set up all your customers via
our control panel. Then, you can either upload your customers files
yourself or request that they do it. Once this is done, you simply change
the nameservers to the ones we provide you with and between 24/72 hours
later they are fully moved over. You can then cancel your account with
your other reseller provider.

Q: Is there a limit on how many units I can purchase
?
A: There is no limit at all.
top
Q: What happens if my customers go over the allocated
disk space / bandwidth?
A: Via our control panel you can see exactly how much disk space and
bandwidth your customers are using in real time. If it looks likely
that you need more to cope this is the time to purchase an additional
unit(s). The system will also email you and your customer when they
hit 90% usage of their disk space or bandwidth.

Q: Is it really true that there is no minimum
contract?
A: Yes it is. You can cancel at any time penalty free. If you have
customers at such a time we will also buy them from you with our buy
back option. Unless of course you have already purchased 1 year of web
hosting, you must wait until that contract expries.
top
Q: What services can I offer my customers?
A: You can offer your customers all the features that we offer. For
example, reseller hosting, dedicated servers, secure certs, logo design.
top
Q: Can I also resell domain names?
A: Yes you can and you are free to charge your customers what you like.
top
Q: I know you supply a free blind secure area,
but can I have my own personalized secure area?
A: Yes you can. For example, if you had http://www.yoursite.com we can
help you obtain a secure certificate which will give you https://www.yoursite.com
which all your customers can share. However, we do supply a free blind
secure area for you customers as standard. Quack Web is an official
Comodo partner and as such are authorised to set up / sell secure certificates.

Q: I am worried that you may increase your prices
and I will not make a profit because of such a change, is this likely?
A: Price increases may occur from time to time but will be very small
to simply reflect inflation increases. We will contact you in such unlikely
circumstances well before any increase takes place.
top
Q: What does the "buy back option"
mean?
A: Our "buy back option" means that we purchase customers
from resellers that no longer wish to be a reseller. The price we pay
per customer depends on: how long they have been a customer, the monthly
fees they are paying and the amount of resources they use. If you are
a reseller and would like to get a quote for selling your customers
to us, please contact us.
top
Q: What is a blind nameserver?
A: A typical nameserver would show your customers that you are a reseller,
for example, if we provided nameservers such as ns1.hostelite.com &
ns2.hostelite.com, chances are the customer would visit us which could
result in a lost customer. To avoid this we provide blind nameservers
that point to a website that contains nothing but "this website
is used for our customers". Then, if a customer does visit the
site they will find no trace of us, for example, one of our blind nameservers
links of the blind website, www.securesite7.com.

Q: How can you offer such a reseller scheme
at such a low price and make it profitable?
A: This is simple. We would rather make small amounts of profit from
lots of resellers than over charge and have less resellers.
top
Q: What benefit will the free business advice
be to me?
A: Since Itz4u.com Webhosting (our parent business) launched in 1997 we have
had to gain customers for ourselves. Some of the customer gathering
exercises we did worked, some did not. As we want to see our resellers
become very successful we are more than happy to share this with them
so that they can start making the right business decisions from day
one and hopefully avoid spending money on non profit generating ideas.
Please note that our free business advice is only made available to
paying resellers and not the general public.
