All cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the next billing cycle, NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so will cause your account to be billed for the next billing period.

All outstanding debts MUST be paid before canceling account. Failure to do so will keep your account active. We reserve the right to retain ownership rights of any and all domains registered by us until all debts have been settled.

If you have any chargebacks or initiate a chargeback, you forfeit the ownership of all domains immediately to Quack Web Internet Solutions and you will pay a fine of no less than $30 plus the chargeback amount for each chargeback incurred. Failure to pay this will impact your credit rating and we will turn the debt over to a collection agency. Any and all fees incurred by Quack Web Internet Solutions while trying to recover the chargeback including any legal fees will are the clients responsibility.

Any yearly accounts are on a contract basis for one year starting the day of payment and ending on the anniversary date of payment. Yearly accounts are renewed automatically unless cancelled following the above procedures.
