  1. Can I get my own private IP address?
    Yes, we do offer private IP addresses. Some of our reseller accounts and web hosting accounts already come with an IP address. Please check out the plan comparisson sheet in each section. If you need an additional IP address or your account does not have any IP address, you may get one for $2 / mo per IP address needed.

  2. Can you transfer my current web site and it's settings to your servers?
    Yes we can, transfer is free if your previous host used DirectAdmin. If your host uses a different control panel, there will be a one time charge of $25.

  3. Do you have preinstalled scripts available?
    Yes we do! All web hosting and reseller accounts include preinstalled PHP and Perl scripts. A complete list of these scripts may be found at http://www.installatron.com

  4. Do you maintain backups?
    We do not maintain backups, that is the end user's responsibility. However, we do offer a backup utility free of charge located within the control panel which makes backing up your entire web site, database and settings easy.

  5. Do you offer a lifetime price freeze guarantee?
    Yes we do! We guarantee that the price you pay today will never go up as long as you keep your account in good standing. Some of our users have been with us since day one and still have unlimited space and bandwidth for $19.99 a month!

  6. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
    Yes, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, just email us and we will refund your money. Please note any setup fees associated with your account are non-refundable. Those under contracts other than a year are not elidgable for this guarantee. Offer valid to new clients only, not applicable to those with current service or have tried our services before.

  7. Do you offer an uptime guarantee?
    Yes we do! We guarantee all of our shared/reseller servers to have a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we fail to meet that guarantee, we will credit your account $3 for every 1% we are down.

  8. Do you offer cPanel instead of DirectAdmin?
    At this time we do not offer cPanel for a couple of reasons. One of the biggest is that cPanel is very expensive and it would raise our plan's prices almost 65%. There have also been many security issues with cPanel lately which until we see cPanel take a more aggressive stance against these issues, we do not want to expose our customers to these threats. We do use DirectAdmin which is very comparative to cPanel. We have found that many users find it very easy to transist from cPanel to DirectAdmin with no problems what so ever. Your website will continue to function properly and you won't need to make any changes to your scripts as DirectAdmin uses all the same software as cPanel. DirectAdmin also has similar plugins to cPanel such as Installatron which is DirectAdmin's version of Fantastico. You can easily change the skins on DirectAdmin as well to your own custom images or even translate the skin. DirectAdmin is also a faster control panel than cPanel as it as we run it on it's native port, RedHat Linux distros (CentOS, RedHad, RHE). And unlike cPanel, DirectAdmin uses very few resources on the server allowing your website more power since the control panel is not using it. We may offer cPanel in the future but it will have a different pricing structure than our cPanel accounts. If you have any questions or express interest in using cPanel, please contact us.

  9. Do you support FrontPage Extensions?
    Yes, we support all FrontPage extensions from 98 to present free of charge!

  10. How long will it take before my account is setup?
    Most accounts are processed and setup within 15 minutes provided that your credit card information matches up and the phone verification process is successful. International buyers and those experiencing problems during the checkout process may experience a longer delay in account activation. All accounts will be ready for use in less than 24 hours however.

  11. Is Fantastico installed on your servers?
    Fantastico is a cPanel product and all of our servers are DirectAdmin at this time. However, we do have a similar product called Installatron which has all the same features as Fantastico.

  12. Is there a minimum contract?
    There is no minimum contract when paying month to month. The only contracts are when you pay for web hosting in advance such as a yearly plan. That is the only time we will contract you.

  14. What if I need additional space or bandwidth?
    You can always upgrade to the next tier above your current plan. We do not bill for overages, you will automatically be upgraded to the plan above yours unless you request us not to, then you will be charged overages.

    A reseller is anyone that takes our services and in turn, sells them to someone else. A reseller account allows you to resell web hosting from our servers without ever actually needing to buy an expensive machine. We take care of all the maintenence and security, all you have to do is market! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to make extra cash in just a little amount of time.
