Quack Web is unique in how we have configured our two network operation centers. We have two different locations each serving a certain function. Our first network operation center we will look at is our Chicago, IL facility. This state-of-the-art facility is manned 24/7 to ensure your website never experiences downtime. All of our clients are housed in this facility.

Our second network operations facility is located in Littleton, CO. This facility is strictly support and does not host any servers or clients. Here we will find our billing, phone, and email support employees. This facility is also manned 24/7 in order to better serve our clients. We use state of the art computers and software to track and make sure our clients problems are resolved in a timely manner.
